Here is the common
questions from schools.
Q:
When should I make an order?
A: For the first
time order - At least 7 business day before ( to set up delivery route ). From 2nd time - 3-5 business
days before.

check availability with us, first come first book.
Q: Do you accept credit card ? when should we pay?
A: We only accept Cash or Cheque and we request payment at the same day. Please prepare payment
for our delivery driver.
Q: What is the Min and Max order?
A: The Min order is 15
trays and we could provide up to 2000 trays.
Q:
Can you deliver specific time? like between 11:30-11:45??
A: We have
many different locations we deliver to in the lower mainland. The delivery time is dependant on your school location.
We can gaurantee to deliver before your lunch time (12:00) but not a specific time. We will let you
know the estimated delivery time (such as like between 10:00-11:00) in advance. Please be ready to receive.
Q: Can you
put student name on each tray?
A: We
have over 100 customers for a day. It is impossible for our production team to put each student name as this is
to much to handle. But, we could separated by division if you requested.
Q: Do you
have any cancellation policy?
A: Yes, If you wish to make any change to your order, a request
will be accepted up to 12PM, ONE business day in advance of the shipment date. If you wish to cancel your
order, a request of cancellation will be accepted up to 12PM, TWO business days in advance of the shipment date.
Q: We
don't have big refrigerator at school. If your deliver early, we can not keep sushi cool. What can we do?
A: We could always drop off cooler boxes with lots of ice packs in
them.
Q: Do
you charge any Tax and Delivery fee?
A: - Elementary
School- No HST
- Middle & Secondary School – HST will charged
- Delivery
Charge - $10 ( will be waived on orders over 15 trays)
- Fuel Charge- $3
Q: Do
your sushi comes with soy sauce, ginger and wasabi?
A: Yes, Soy Sauce, Ginger and Wasabi are
all in package. We can provide chopsticks If requested.
Q: What
is the best way to enjoy Tomiyama Sushi?
A: The best way to enjoy our sushi is “put in
room temperature for 20min before eating”. Under the Food safety regulations, we have to keep sushi under
4 degree's when we deliver. But sushi is suppose to be at room temperature when you eat!
