Sushi processing equipment is imported from Japan to fully realize authentic sushi processing technique.

Freezing Facility
-Flash freezing facility at –38 degrees Celsius.
-Blast freezer for all sashimi, specific for sushi use.
-Spacious holding freezer at –25 degrees Celsius.
-Sashimi  is frozen for 7days according to CFIA regulation.

Refrigerated Facility
-Flash freezing facility at –38 degrees Celsius. A large and roomy holding cooler kept at 4 degrees Celsius to adhere to CFIA regulations. Storage for more than 2000 rolls and perishable sushi ingredients.
